The owner/operator Ian, has been in the Construction Industry since 1992, starting off in Brisbane and then moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2000. At the end of 2005, he purchased a 3ton excavator and has been servicing the Building Trade and general public on the Sunshine Coast ever since.

Located at Tinbeerwah (half way between Tewantin & Cooroy), our local service area is the Sunshine Coast and the surrounding hinterland. However, our operator and equipment are able to travel further afield at the clients expense.
Our operator is covered by Public Liability Insurance and possesses a QLD General Construction Induction Card, Work Method Statement, O.H.C Certificate. Our company is also registered with Dial-Before-you-Dig.

If you wish to hire your own small machine (1.5ton Excavator) from a Hire Company. Our operator, Ian is happy to offer his services and experience to operate the machine at a negotiated hourly rate.
Yes, we have a minimum charge of 2 hrs machine hire, plus travel time.
Yes, we can come out at an arranged time or If it's any easier, you can email us with some photos. We'll have a look at the job and give you an estimate of the costs. If our machine is not suitable to do the work we can advise you on the right machine.
No, we have an excavator with a full range of buckets. However, we do have local Bobcat operators who we can recommend and can work in-conjunction with on-site.
Yes, we are registered with Dial Before you Did and can request plans showing the relevant assets within your area.
Yes, we can organise an Asset Locator to come out and survey the site. He is a National Accredited Plant Locator and Accredited by Telstra (his fees apply). This procedure is done, before any earthworks, to reduce the risk of damaging the underground assets that can be very costly to repair not to mention the inconvenience and stress.
All new customers are COD. Customers with accounts are 7 days nett. Payments can be made either by EFT, Direct Debit, Cash or Cheque.
